Abbiati joins London Casino and Gaming Show

Big-name exhibitors are still signing up for the London Casino and Gaming Show, the latest of which is Abbiati, one of the casino industry’s major suppliers of table games.

“This new casino show will deliver on all its promises,” said show organisation chairman Martin Burlin. The exhibition will be Burlin’s swansong as head of the EAG, the amusement machine exhibition of which London Casino and Gaming Show is an offshoot.

“We said from the start that the exhibition would be a high quality boutique event for the casino business, without the distraction of online gambling. We said it would encompass pretty well every facet of land-based gaming in its aisles – and it will.”

Burlin said that the show, now three weeks away (ExCeL, London, January 14-16), was the culmination of his 16-year oversight of Bacta’s principal investment.

The trade association has appointed Nick Harding, hitherto Burlin’s deputy chairman, to take over after the 2025 event when Burlin steps down.

He was able to name Abbiati Casino Equipment as the latest confirmed exhibitor, which now shows most of the biggest names in gaming equipment. Starting several months ago with the confirmation of Novomatic Gaming UK followed quickly by Blueprint Operations, the Merkur subsidiary, with other early bookers Inspired Entertainment and Reflex Gaming, the list has grown steadily.

They have been supplemented by Genesis Gaming, TCSJohnHuxley, MRG Systems, John Marks, E-Screen, PSU Designs, Smart Rota, PST Seating, EverFine Industrial, UK Gaming Solutions, Sport Shotz and the great roulette wheel developer Cammegh.

“A casino executive will be able to come to ExCeL and see products that will conform to every part of his operation,” said Burlin. “That is exactly what we promised and it is exactly what we will deliver.”
