AGA Announces 2024 Gaming Hall of Fame Class

The American Gaming Association (AGA) has announced its Gaming Hall of Fame Class of 2024, recognizing leaders for their influence on the industry.

Joining the Hall of Fame is Jim Allen, Hard Rock International, Chief Executive Officer, Seminole Gaming, Former Chairman, American Gaming Association; Alan Feldman, Director of Strategic Initiatives and Distinguished Fellow in Responsible Gaming, UNLV International Gaming Institute, Former Executive, MGM Resorts International; and Debi Nutton, Board Member, Everi Holdings, Executive Coach-Consultant; Former Casino Operations Executive, MGM Resorts, Wynn Resorts.

“From helping transform tribal gaming and pioneering responsible gaming research to blazing new paths in casino operations, Jim, Alan and Debi have been integral to shaping the modern gaming industry,” said AGA President and CEO Bill Miller. 

The Gaming Hall of Fame was launched in 1989. The honorees are selected by an independent panel of gaming executives. This year’s class will be inducted in a ceremony during G2E 2024 in Las Vegas this October.

Allen has been in the business for 44 years, has overseen all gaming, entertainment, and hospitality operations for the Seminole Tribe of Florida, including its acquisition of Hard Rock International in 2007. Allen led the 2020 launch of Hard Rock Digital in 2020, an online and retail sportsbook and internet gaming platform.

Among Feldman’s achievements was being a key cog in launching GameSense while at MGM Resorts, promoting healthy gambling behaviours across all MGM U.S. properties.

Nutton began her career in 1980 as one of the few female dice dealers on the Las Vegas Strip, rose to Senior Vice President of Casino Operations and Marketing for MGM and Bellagio, as well as Executive Vice President of Casino Operation at Wynn Resorts in 2013, and is now shaping the next generation of gaming as an executive coach-consultant, advising on leadership practices and casino operations.
