Texans’ UDFA class among least valuable per 2024 NFL Draft consensus board | Sporting News

The Texans didn’t have the best 2024 NFL Draft, but Houston added necessary pieces as the team looks to make a championship run in 2024.

Houston signed just six undrafted free agents after the team picked nine in the 2024 Draft, splitting between six offensive players and six defensive players.

So, a higher-ranked player who went undrafted netted the team that signed him more points. The <a href="https://www.sportingnews.com/us/nfl/news/nfl-draft-vikings-top-udfa-class-consensus-board/6cae939bd1842edb22d3b1cd">Vikings ranked first with a total value of 8,943</a>, while the Falcons ranked last with a total value of 1,721.</p> <p>The Texans, meanwhile, ranked 28th on the list with a total value of 3,046. They beat out the Steelers (2,923), Cardinals (1,851) and the aforementioned Falcons.</p> <p>This isn’t the worst thing in the world for Houston.
